Design

Habitat incorporates simple, high quality materials and finishes, selected to achieve longevity and efficiency in construction.

Robust elements such as steel and concrete mixed with lightweight iron and natural timber accents create an industrial yet warm aesthetic that is timeless and in keeping with the relaxed Byron Bay look and lifestyle.

Louvres and timber reveals encourage natural light and cross-ventilation while creating an open and inviting street presence.

Habitat also includes native subtropical landscaping and public artwork, designed to seamlessly integrate with the buildings and community facilities and promote a healthy and inspiring environment to live and work.
