On the last Tuesday of every month, Barrio head chef Fransisco Smoje invites a chef friend to join him in the kitchen for one night only.
Launching on Tuesday 26th March, Sicilian-born chef Roberto Costanzo from Nomadic Kitchen will join Smoje in the kitchen for Slinging Plates.
Expect Roberto's renowned rustic Italian cooking using seasonal produce from his Byron Bay family farm, paired with Addley Clarke Wine.
