STAY CLEAN AND CARRY ON

No need to explain COVID-19, we all know what’s happening by now.

The one thing we don’t know though is how long this strange time will last, so we want to assure everyone that we’re taking things seriously as we implement control measures around Habitat to minimise the risk for our community.

These include:

Increased common area cleaning on a daily basis to ensure surfaces such as lift buttons, handrails, common door handles, taps etc are regularly cleaned with appropriate anti-bacterial chemicals.

• Continually keeping toilet doors wedged open (where possible) to minimise people having to touch common surfaces.

• Ensuring there’s sufficient hand soap and hand towel available so people can continue thorough hand washing practices.

• Trying to source extra hand sanitising units to be placed outside lifts and meeting rooms.

Right now, we’re not looking to close down any part of Habitat. We want to remain calm (and clean) and carry on, while continuing to monitor the situation. So, unless the government says otherwise, Habitat will remain open for business, serving the local community we value so much.
